Neil Jensen
Neil is Chief Executive Officer of TERRA Computer, part of the Wortmann Group, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers and distributors. With a career spanning more than three decades, Neil has been active in the semiconductor and IT industry since the early 1990s, working across hardware, distribution, and channel ecosystems as technology and the way it is consumed has continuously evolved.
Known for his partner-first mindset and strong belief in community, Neil leads TERRA UK with a clear focus on long-term relationships, trust, and sustainable growth. He is particularly passionate about enabling MSPs and MSSPs to retain control of their customer relationships while scaling profitably combining German engineering excellence with a pragmatic, human, and locally accountable approach in the UK & Ireland market.
Outside of work, Neil is a proud family man and father of two. He has a deep love for travel and an active lifestyle, with golf, snowboarding, football, and rugby all playing a big part in his downtime. A keen foodie at heart, he enjoys discovering great food as much as great places and, when time allows, is actively working towards a personal goal of achieving a single-figure golf handicap.

Adam Morris
Adam is an experienced MSP leader with over 20 years in the sector, including founding, scaling and successfully exiting Avagio, a leading MSP in the South West of the UK.
A strong advocate of lifelong learning, peer support and accountability, Adam is passionate about helping MSP owners build businesses that perform well without consuming their lives. His mentoring focuses on clarity, decision-making and creating companies that work for their owners — not the other way around.
Alongside his mentoring work, Adam co-founded The MSP Finance Team, supporting MSP owners with the often misunderstood and underserved financial side of their businesses — from start-up, through growth, and ultimately to exit.
Outside of work, Adam loves sport and enjoys playing cricket, golf and the occasional game of table tennis. He is also a keen musician and plays bass in local bands. Adam lives near Chippenham in North Wiltshire with his wife, two daughters and their dog.
